STRONG20

Whats included:

  • 20 minute strength focused workouts (daily workouts Monday- Friday)
  • New set of workouts every 4 weeks
  • Follow along workouts done with your very own personal trainer

The “need to know”

  • STRONG20 is $5 a month
  • Membership is separate from the MPW circuit program
  • Recommended equipment is dumbbells, resistance band, box (or chair!), and mat
  • All workouts are 20 minutes or less

Why STRONG20?

STRONG20 is an intentional and effective strength training program that allows you to see and feel results without having to spend hours a week in the gym. Each workout is designed specifically for you to train with efficiency and effectiveness in the comfort of your home. Making this the perfect program for even the busiest of women.

How it works:

  • Every 4 weeks you will get a new set of workouts. Each monthly drop will contain 10 workouts in total.
  • They are designed to be done Monday- Friday (you can change your rest days around as needed).
  • After you complete the first two weeks of workouts- you will REPEAT the workouts on weeks 3 + 4 with a focus on INCREASING your weights the second round through to achieve progressive overload.
