Who is MP Workouts created for?

MP Workouts is created to fit the needs of every fitness level. Throughout each workout, multiple modifications and progressions are demonstrated allowing you to pick which intensity works best for you. Want to bring the intensity down? No problem! There are options for every move allowing you to take the impact and intensity to a lower level. Looking to add more difficulty? MP Workouts can help with that! I show you how to implement more intensity throughout each workout using heavier weights and additions to each move.

How can I prepare to begin MP Workouts?

The preparation to begin MP Workouts is minimal. You will need dumbbells, a resistance band, and some sort of incline such as a chair, box, coffee table, etc. These workouts can also be done in a small area of space. Once you are a member, the videos can be streamed directly through your phone or computer for an easy follow along workout. The workouts provide a variety of options for each movement, allowing you to choose which intensity works best for you.

I don’t have equipment. Am I still able to MP Workouts?

YES! MP workouts uses minimal equipment and each piece of equipment can be exchanged with household items. Don’t have a chair? Grab a coffee table, stair, sturdy box, etc. No dumbbells? Fill milk cartons with water, grab canned food from your pantry, or pick up a child 😉 Also included in the workout library are body weight workouts that you can take on the go with you, wherever you are!

Why is my account saying it doesn’t recognize my username or password when I try to login?

On August 23rd, 2022- each member recieved an email from “MP Workouts” with a URL to re-enter your email and password. Follow the URL to login and you will be good to go! MP Workouts upgraded its webiste platfrom to be able to elevate your user experience, and because of that- everyone needs to re-sign in. I don’t have a gym membership. Will that affect my ability to do MP Workouts?

Nope! No gym needed for these workouts! I have a passion for creating workouts that can be done by everyone, anywhere, throughout ALL stages of life. I understand busy times in life, where school or work schedules are daunting, young children at home that make it difficult to leave the house, and everything in between. These workouts are designed to fit the needs of YOU! They can easily be done from the comfort of your own home, whenever fits your schedule.

I don’t have much time in my current stage of life, can I still do MP Workouts?

Of course all you need is 35 – 45 minutes! Each circuit includes a finisher and a core challenge. You can omit that section at the end of each workout and shorten the circuits by 5-10 minutes. The workout library includes a variety of shorter workouts as well, allowing you to fit in your exercise no matter what your busy day holds!

Is MP Workouts a good option for cross training if I am a runner?

Definitely! Adding weights and circuit training into your cross training routine will help you build endurance, strengthen muscles and joints allowing you to improve speed, distance and decrease injury.

I don’t have any weight training experience. Will I feel lost or incompetent?

Absolutely not! No weight training experience is needed to do MP Workouts. I will be with you every step of the way, showing you how to set up each movement with proper form, give you proper weight recommendations, show you how to modify each movement if needed, etc. My goal at MP Workouts is to give you all the tools necessary to help you feel strong and confident while working out and using weights. MP Workouts allows you to simplify weight training so you can get the most out of every workout.

How much is a membership? And can I cancel my membership at any time?

MP Workouts is $9.99 a month. You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason- immediately. But I think you’ll really like it here 😉

How long does it take to get access to the workouts once I sign up?

After signing up for MP Workouts, you will get access to the workouts and all that is offered in your membership portal- immediately.

What are your credentials that qualify you to create MP Workouts?

I have always had a love and passion for fitness! This led me to get multiple certifications throughout my fitness career. I am a nationally accredited certified personal trainer, nationally accredited group fitness instructor, and am certified in multiple HIIT training formats, weighted formats, indoor cycling, and barre.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime! If you signed up BEFORE August 23, 2022- please send a message through the “Meet Megan” tab or email directly to info@mpworkouts.com and you will be canceled immediately. If you signed up AFTER August 23, 2022, you can cancel in your account settings when you are logged into your member portal. If you purchased the monthly subscription plan- you will be charged on the same day each month until canceled. If you purchased the annual subscription- you will be charged the same day each year until canceled.
