Hey, hey! I’m Megan — and I’m SO, so grateful you’re here. MP Workouts is truly a business started with my whole heart + soul, derived from my personal journey and knowledge to find simplicity with fitness, allowing it to uplift and enhance my life rather than exhaust me further. Here’s a little about me + how I got here:
I am a lover of all things fitness! I am a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer and a nationally accredited Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I am certified in multiple fitness formats, including HIIT formats, weighted formats, cycles, and barre.
Like most others, I live a very busy life. Being a wife and mom of 4 young kids, it feels like we are ALWAYS on the go and have very little downtime. Between keeping up with kids’ schedules, teaching fitness, managing our family business + household… I often felt like we took on the world’s weight every day trying to keep up, and I was beyond exhausted and burnt out.. For soooo many years of my life, I tried to do it all, be it all, and not let anyone down. After becoming a mother, I soon realized that living like that was not sustainable anymore.
I was not giving enough of myself to anything because I had spread myself so thin.
I sat down on a hard day, knowing I had to change something. Knowing that I could not keep up in my current state of depletion. I vividly remember the word “SIMPLICITY” coming into my head. And then it kept popping up again, and again, and again. And finally, it hit me (not lightly, either); I had been overcomplicating every single part of my life. I put too much time into things that did not matter, put too much pressure on myself, and overcommitted to things that only exhausted me more. I needed to simplify every aspect of my life. One of them being my fitness routine. I knew I had to be efficient and effective because I did not have the time to spend hours in the gym and to be honest, I didn’t even have enough time to drive to the gym and then utilize it.
And here we are, over 8 years later from the start of training myself at home.. still feeding the deep passion for creating meaningful, well-balanced circuits, and now I’m bringing them to YOU. It lights a fire inside of me, and I truly cannot get enough! Bringing this passion to others is something that brings me a ton of joy. I cannot wait for you to see the simplified and effective approach of MP Workouts – and I hope, if nothing else, it brings you the same simple routine that quickly made me become a better version of myself- for the ones I love and for me. Fitness should never be a punishment, it enhances my life in SO many ways, and that is exactly what I hope MP Workouts does for you.
With everything in me, I believe you do not need a lot of time or equipment to feel and look your best. MP Workouts is a realistic and effective training method for any lifestyle, and I promise you will experience positive life-changing results using this program.
